Steve Marriott is a behavioural specialist, with over 25 years of experience in developing people. He has majored in leadership and cultural development, focusing on the practical intersection of neuroscience and performance psychology. Author of Behaviour & the Brain and co-author of two books on leadership and transformational change Steve is a prolific Performance Coach, Facilitator and Speaker on Behavioural Development, Employee Engagement and Transforming Organisational Culture. His clients include some of the largest companies in the nuclear, manufacturing, retail, leisure & tourism, and hospitality sectors.
Jeff has a broad range of Board Level experience across many industries and roles including both PLC and Private Equity businesses. Board positions have included MD, Operations and Sales with an emphasis on the development of strategic plans to successfully drive organisational change. Particular strengths include strategic thinking, development of staff within large teams and the ability to manage complex operations and projects.
Graham has been lead change and transformation agent in projects across a variety of sectors including Nuclear, Retail, Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Services, Property/Facilities Management, and various Government Agencies. Possessing strong people skills Graham is familiar with dealing with a variety of stakeholder groups including Exec/Board members, Senior Business Leaders, and Trade Unions. Expertise includes target operating model, restructuring, redundancies, Tupe, employee/trade union consultation, communications, and project management & governance.
Rachel is a highly experienced Board level Sales and Marketing professional. She has considerable experience of developing Sales and Marketing strategies for both domestic and export markets. She has expertise in the structure and development of sales teams and brings an insightful and innovative perspective to marketing strategy.
