NSAN is a nuclear skills members federation. As part of team of nuclear sector employers, from both civil and defence, to provide valuable, cost-effective, and practical skills solutions and guidance to organisations large and small.

Former Chairman of the Ceramic Industry Training Board securing £3.2M of Government funding, through lobbying of local MPs (cross party), Junior Secretary of State and Senior Civil Servants, for an innovative intercompany Learning and Development Scheme.
Previously member of the Sector Skills Council requiring attendance at House of Parliament and engaging with Quangos and Senior Civil Servants.
Fixed term Board member of the Ceramic Industry Forum established through Government funding to enhance manufacturing, design, and employee performance.
